What is Question Day?

Question Day. Perhaps it sounds a little strange (maybe it is), regardless, Question Day is only a label for a particular blog entry on one of my xanga sites (pjfweb). I started writing them because of the volume of questions I would receive as comments to the poetry I would post. Since then I have begun to include questions that have been left on any one of my blog sites.

It started out as something fun... Various people would ask random questions in the comment sections of my blog entries and I would compile all the questions that had been asked since the previous Question Day, consolidating them into one blog entry of its own. Since the questions were very random, my answers were very random. For the most part the questions that have been asked are very simple and light-hearted making question day a lot of fun for me to answer. Occasionally I would receive a more difficult or challenging question where I would end up being a little more serious with my answer. Whatever was required at the moment is what I wrote.

The format is very simple. I would copy the question itself from the comment section of the blog entry it came from and paste it into a new posting. I would then answer the question below and then on to the next question, pretty self explanatory. Another feature to question day that I incorporated is that I will almost always make the question text itself a link back to the entry it was asked. So for those readers that are completely confused and want to click back to the context of the question they can.

Since question day has been going for quite a long time I have developed a bit of history for these question days. I have compiled that history into one page that you can find here on SirPatrick.com.
